The 2nd graders at Dahl saw a once in a lifetime experience, the Solar Eclipse on August 21, 2017. They went outside and worked as partners to view the solar eclipse. One partner held a piece of paper with a hole in it and the other person held the viewing paper. The students were able to watch the moon move over the sun. The students were very excited to see the shadow of the moon over the sun. What a great way to start off the school year!
