F - FEARLESS - Being fearless means we’re willing to push ourselves outside of our comfort zone.  It means we’re willing to take the first step into the unknown.  Being fearless doesn’t mean we don’t have fears, everyone has fears.  But if we let our fears control us, then we’ll never really know what we’re capable of accomplishing. A true X-factor is fearless because they have the courage to overcome those fears or try something new, even if they fail!

A - ADAPT - To adapt means we are able to adjust to different situations, especially when they’re out of our control! Adapting isn’t always easy and sometimes it can be uncomfortable. But the more we work to adapt, the easier it becomes!  It’s all about mindset! When we change our mindset and believe in ourselves, we can adapt to anything!

C - CARE - Care means we’re willing to put in the effort to show everyone we’re serious about reaching our goals. When we care about what we want to accomplish we put in maximum effort. Showing that you care is motivation for the people around you to care also. What you do today matters!  When you care and show effort, you can inspire others to do the same!

T - TALK ‘EM UP - Did you know your words have power? Did you know you can change the whole course of your day, even your life, just by using the power of positivity?  When we talk positively about ourselves it can give us the strength to keep going, the strength to overcome challenges we face. Encouraging others and highlighting their strengths can also bring out the best in them!

O - ORIGINAL - To be original means you’re the first version!  It means you are one of a kind!   There is only one YOU, and what you bring to the world matters! Sometimes we want to do what’s popular, or sometimes we don’t want to share our thoughts because we’re scared of what others will think.  But we should highlight those things that make us special, because it shines a light on new ideas, new things that can help make our world a better place!

R - REALIZE - It’s time to realize that YOU ARE THE X-FACTOR!  You are the most important piece in this puzzle!  You have the power to make our world a better place!  Don’t forget it friends! No matter who you are, no matter what you look like, you can be the X-Factor that changes the game!
