Principal's Message

February 2025

Hello Dahl Families, 

My name is Michelle Quilantang and I have had the honor of being the principal at Captain Jason M. Dahl since 2020. This school year's theme is Shine Bright, where we will encourage our students to do their very best each and every day. This is part of our social emotional learning plan to support students.

  Our multi-tiered systems of support for this year include instructional support in English Language Arts, English Language Development and Writing. Teachers will work with students in both whole group and small group instruction during the school day. After school we are adding more enriching after school programs like Folklorico, Soccer and Scouts to name a few, as well as after school in person tutoring through our CORAL program. Our Parent Engagement Group continues to shine bright and provide wonderful community events. These are a few examples of what makes Dahl such a wonderful community school.
