Oskar the Bully is about a 10 year old names Oskar who bully's a student named Frank because of something that Frank did to Oskar accidentally.  Throughout the play the students learn about different types of bullying and how to be an up standard.  By the end of the play Oskar and Frank are friends and Oskar has learned that bullying is not okay.
