hi doll families just principal Clinton here with a special end-of-the-year message I'm going to do a screen share to show a slideshow with some just reminders for the end of the school year so first off this is a flyer that you may have already seen the talks about important end of the school year date so starting June 1st through 15th you can drop off any hardcover textbooks or even work books that have not been used at all to the doll School front office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. there we bins in which you can drop them off and leave the textbooks there June 14th is our drive-thru kindergarten graduation and kindergarten families have that information cast of The Times same thing June 15th is the drive through 6th grade promotion ceremony also for everyone June 15th is the last day of school and then June 16th through the 18th that's the time where we have time set aside from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of doll to make sure that all the devices are returned so that means making sure that you have the watch for the charger and the hotspot as well that's in there as well as the device charger the device itself and what would certainly help facilitate the return of the device is putting a piece of paper with your child's name raid level in the bag that you're returning everything in because then this helps us get everything ready and prepared so that it can be cleaned and ready for the start of the new school year because we are looking route to getting everything ready for students return so this is just that same information about the device returned and will continue on so long x l teacher Miss sumita is retiring at the end of this that's not a secret but what is a secret is that we're trying to do something special to Mark her retirement and so if you're a former student of hers were asking if you can please write up an appreciation note and when you're dropping off your textbooks but now on June 11th there's a separate bin to put any notes for Miss sumita cuz I'm sure that she would love to read some cards from former students and Families and we're going to present her with these cards during the special celebration through the drive-thru kindergarten graduation that we're going to have on June 14th and we're definitely going to miss miss sumita and finally I want to say thank you to all of our families at doll we know that this has been a year unlike any other and we are tentatively planning on coming back to school in person in the fall and our first day of school will be Monday August 16th and that first full week of school will be minimum days please make sure before summer starts that we have your updated cell phone home phone email address and regular home address information so that we can send you information over the summer about the start of the new school year I have a special time for an outdoor Fair where families can come and get information about the start of the school year see who your child teacher is the school year and get ready for the start of the year we are very excited to hopefully have her students come back in the fall and we're going to do so in a safe Manner and it's going to be a great time and experience to get everyone back on campus so thank you so much for everything that you've done this school year and if you have any questions about the start of the the school you're the safety procedures that we're going to have him placed or anything else please feel free to contact me either via email or at the school front office so let's have a great end of the school year thank you so much for all of your support all families and I can't wait to you all in person
